Job Description

The Sales Expansion Executive is a key role within our organization, responsible for expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing clients. This includes generating and sending quotes promptly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs, and tracking expansion requests to close deals efficiently.

This role requires a strong sales mindset, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling. The successful candidate will have experience working with CRM systems to manage and track sales activities, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming new branch sales requests from existing customers
  • Generating and sending quotes promptly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs
  • Tracking expansion requests and ensuring timely follow-ups to close deals efficiently
