Sales Expansion Manager

FPG, a leading consulting firm, is delighted to partner with a prominent consumer electronics company to find a talented Sales Expansion Manager for a mid-senior level position in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy development, distributor management, and retail operations within the consumer electronics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen distributor and retail partnerships
- Oversee key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with retailers and e-commerce players
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to refine sales tactics
- Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team for optimal performance
- Optimize distribution channels for maximum reach and efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing teams on brand positioning and promotional efforts
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role within consumer electronics
- Market Expertise: Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia's retail, distribution, and e-commerce landscape
- Sales leadership, negotiation, team management, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Language: English fluency required; Arabic is a plus
