Regional Business Growth Leader

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for driving business growth and expanding market share? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven VP/Director of Sales to join our team at Bayut KSA.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales Performance- Lead a high-performing sales organisation (200+ team members) to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that meet the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and government entities.
- Optimise sales operations to ensure high performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
- Inspire and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Build a sales culture of excellence, accountability, and motivation, ensuring teams are aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, fintech, or high-growth industries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with CRMs to manage teams, a proven track record of scaling sales operations, driving revenue growth, and securing large enterprise deals. Additionally, the candidate should have experience leading and managing large sales teams across multiple geographies within KSA and a strong understanding of the Saudi and MENA markets.
