We are currently looking for a skilled sales professional to increase sales volume and formulate effective territory sales strategies to build a pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities through effective sales methodologies and lead generation techniques.
  • To have the business acumen to qualify leads to opportunities and negotiate successful deals.
  • Map and meet customer accounts to position the various technologies under the umbrella of the business unit and drive sales growth.
  • Shortlist & recruit reseller partners for vendors wherever required and develop strong relationships with them.
  • Reseller management to create opportunities & pipelines and maintain continuous relationships for business and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with vendor companies to establish an excellent business relationship and collaborate on sales strategies.
  • Participate in marketing events (e.g., trade shows), roadshows, Tech-café's and seminars to cultivate customer, partner, and vendor relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets in conjunction with the growth plans of the organization and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Coordinate internally and align with various teams within the company, displaying true team spirit and togetherness.
  • Participate in online accreditations and attain sales certification for multiple products and technologies to enhance sales skills.
  • Should be able to conduct Customer presentations and engage in business communication with the customer community and effectively communicate sales strategies.
  • Should be able to work closely with the technical team to oversee successful demos, POCs, and responses to RFPs and drive sales outcomes.
  • Keep oneself updated on in-depth market knowledge and technologies, competitive products, and industry trends to make informed sales decisions.
  • Develop and recruit in-territory partners by assisting with certification requirements and sales and product training to expand sales reach.
  • Have the ability to manage the assigned portfolio end-to-end sales, marketing, technical assistance, and financial assistance to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
