Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive growth and success for our clients. As a Customer Success Business Partner, you will be responsible for building relationships, implementing programs that increase revenue potential and minimize churn rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding and Training: Manage the onboarding process and product training for our customers.
  2. Customer Education: Educate customers on the use and benefits of our products and services.
  3. Time-to-Value: Ensure customers achieve fast time-to-value from our solutions.
  4. Customer Engagement: Keep clients engaged and regularly using our products to increase adoption.
  5. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and reduce churn.
  6. Positive Experience: Develop a positive customer experience and promote healthy working relationships.
  7. Platform Navigation: Assist customers in setting up and navigating our platform.
  8. Product Value: Promote the value of our products and services to customers.
  9. Satisfaction and Advocacy: Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage customers to become promoters and advocates.
  10. Issue Resolution: Proactively solve customers' issues and problems.
  11. Training and Content: Assist in creating training courses and educational materials.
  12. Feedback and Improvement: Review customer complaints and concerns, and seek opportunities to improve the customer experience.
