Customer Success Business Partner

Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive growth and success for our clients. As a Customer Success Business Partner, you will be responsible for building relationships, implementing programs that increase revenue potential and minimize churn rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Training: Manage the onboarding process and product training for our customers.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on the use and benefits of our products and services.
- Time-to-Value: Ensure customers achieve fast time-to-value from our solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Keep clients engaged and regularly using our products to increase adoption.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and reduce churn.
- Positive Experience: Develop a positive customer experience and promote healthy working relationships.
- Platform Navigation: Assist customers in setting up and navigating our platform.
- Product Value: Promote the value of our products and services to customers.
- Satisfaction and Advocacy: Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage customers to become promoters and advocates.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively solve customers' issues and problems.
- Training and Content: Assist in creating training courses and educational materials.
- Feedback and Improvement: Review customer complaints and concerns, and seek opportunities to improve the customer experience.
