Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team in the META Region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective field marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute field marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and objectives.
- Manage logistics for workshops, webinars, and regional events to ensure successful execution.
- Assist sales teams with region-focused marketing activities, such as webinars, local collaboration, and marketing material support.
- Work closely with internal teams to plan and manage quarterly/monthly partner webinars, partner summits, and joint marketing programs.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B tech channel marketing and operations, preferably in cybersecurity and/or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of setting up and managing email marketing and social media campaigns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience with trade shows and events, with ability to travel throughout META as necessary.
