Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our global team. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our business
  • Outreach Strategies: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers and drive business growth
  • Product Demonstrations: Present and promote our solutions to prospective and existing partners, highlighting their value and benefits
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Partner Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient partnership strategy
  • Trend Insights: Provide valuable insights on industry trends and developments to inform our business strategy
  • Lead Follow-up: Contact qualified inbound leads in a timely manner to convert them into paying customers
  • Commercial Activities: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on all commercial activities, providing expert guidance and support

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success and a strong understanding of the beauty and wellness industry

Industry Background: SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable, but not essential

Relationship Building: A true hunter and relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Curiosity: Naturally curious and eager to grow and develop professionally, with a desire to continually improve and adapt

Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
