About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join PILLARS in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion and revenue growth in the Interior Design - Furniture & fit-out projects market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architect fit-out projects market;">
  • Develop and implement strategic business growth plans to achieve company objectives;">
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS AND NEW LEADERS IN THE INDUSTRY;">
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends;">
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients;">
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop tailored solutions for clients;">
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients;">
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback;">
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and develop new business relationships;">
  • E nsure timely and accurate submission of proposals and bids;">
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;">
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, preferably in the architect fit-out projects market;">
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities;">
  • Strong understanding of the interior Design - Furniture & fit-out projects market in Saudi Arabia;">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;">
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software;">
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.">

Compensation Package:

">

The estimated annual salary for this position is SAR 180,000 - 220,000 depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, PILLARS offers a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
