About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Growth Manager. This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and understanding market trends and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Telecommunication, Construction, and Private Sector industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market trends and customer needs to position our products/services effectively.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and close deals with large corporate clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Presentation and Proposal: Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, specifically with Telecommunication, Construction, or Private Sector companies.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of securing high-value contracts and managing relationships with major clients.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently, with a strategic mindset and a focus on results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the business landscape in the Telecommunication, Construction, and General Private Sectors.
