Qureos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive growth for our company. As the Sales Head you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans managing a team of sales professionals and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals
Set and monitor sales targets for the team and individual team members
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
Provide guidance and support to the sales team to maximize their potential
Develop and maintain an indepth understanding of the companys products and services
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
Prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors activities
Travel to meet with clients attend conferences and conduct sales meetings as needed

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in a sales leadership role preferably in the insert industry sector
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as needed
