Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Strategy and Partnerships team. The Junior Manager will support strategic initiatives, contribute to operationalizing our developments, and engage with external investors and stakeholders to advance our goals.

This role requires a blend of international real estate development expertise, partnership structuring knowledge, and consulting capabilities to deliver impactful outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business, finance, or a related field, and experience in international real estate development, investment solicitation, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and operationalization of heritage assets, leveraging international best practices.
  2. Identify and engage with external investors, create and present compelling investment opportunities, and secure commitments to drive project funding and growth.
  3. Analyze, recommend, and implement diverse partnership frameworks to operationalize developments and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  4. Apply structured problem-solving skills to address challenges, communicate solutions effectively, and present findings using PowerPoint and Excel.
  5. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and achieve shared objectives.
  6. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in heritage and real estate.
  7. Develop clear and impactful presentations and reports to communicate strategies, progress, and outcomes to leadership and partners.
