What You'll Do

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Technical Executive to join our team at Weareflexi. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the sales team and clients to understand their technical requirements and providing technical solutions.

Key Tasks:
  1. Technical Discussions:
    - Conduct in-depth technical discussions with clients to propose suitable solutions.
    - Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and objectives.
  2. Product Demonstrations:
    - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and capabilities of digital signage solutions.
    - Tailor demonstrations to align with specific client needs and use cases.
  3. Custom Solution Development:
    - Work closely with the product development and technical teams to design custom solutions that meet client requirements.
    - Provide input on product improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
  4. Proposal Assistance:
    - Assist the sales team in preparing comprehensive proposals for clients.
    - Ensure proposals align with client's technical specifications and business objectives.
  5. Client Communication:
    - Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.
    - Collaborate with the sales team to address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
